Do you have any kind of satisfaction guarantee? guarantees the size and quality of the products sent. If your product does not fit your furniture or is damaged upon receipt, EmpireCovers will send an appropriate replacement.
What is your return policy?
Empire Covers will accept returns within 30 days of receipt. All returns which do not fall under the satisfaction guarantee are subject to the terms and conditions set forth below. All returned merchandise must be in new, unused, salable condition. Refunds for returned merchandise are for the item only, less a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for shipping the product back to Empire Covers. Before sending any merchandise back, you must contact Empire Covers by email using our returns/exchanges form. Include your full name, order number and reason for return. Empire Covers will issue a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. These RMA numbers are valid for 30 days. All returns must have a valid RMA number and are subject to inspection prior to processing a refund.
Do you accept international orders?
Currently, we are accepting orders for the United States and Canada only. To place an order to be shipped and/or billed to a Canadian address, call us toll free at 888.872.6855 and ask for an international sales representative.
I have a problem with an order— what can I do?
Visit our Customer Service page. If your cover arrived damaged, doesn't fit your furniture correctly, or you need to return it for any reason, please fill out the Returns / Exchanges Form and the returns department will respond to your request via email. All requests for returns will be responded to within two (2) business days.
What are your business hours?
We are open Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday 8:30am-8pm ET || Thursday & Friday 8:30am-5pm ET || Saturday 10am-5:00pm ET || Sunday: Closed.
Can I get the tracking number for my order?
Of course! Please visit our Customer Service page and fill out the form with your Full Name, Shipping Address, and Order number. Customer service will send you an email with your tracking number, and instructions on how to track your order.
What happens if the item is not available?
We make every effort to only have items available for sale in our web store which we have in stock. In the unlikely event of a back-ordered part, we will email you with an expected shipment date, and alternatives to your purchase if applicable.
Are the prices going to stay the same?
Empirecovers has the right to change the prices for the covers as we feel necessary. We will not change the price during the transaction.
What are the payment methods you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
How long does it take to receive my package?
Orders usually ship within two (2) business days of being received. Actual transit time with the shipment carrier varies depending on the service selected.
What Kind of Warranty do your covers have?
All of our Patio Furniture Covers are themselves covered by a limited 1-year manufacturer's warranty. The warranty covers 1 year limited warranty covers defects in protective durability of stitching and material.
Can I cancel an order?
We will gladly cancel any orders that have not already shipped. If your product has shipped, it will be treated as a return, and is subject to the terms and conditions of our Return Policy (FAQ #2 above).
