Are there any surcharges, duties, customs fees or taxes?
There can be additional costs for importation that the customer would be responsible for paying. Unfortunately, we do not have a means to predict or estimate these costs beforehand. Empire does not reimburse for any additional costs incurred due to importation.
Are the prices listed in USD or CAD?
All the prices featured on our website are listed in US dollars (USD).
Can I ship to a different address?
Yes, if you have a different address than your billing address, you can specify that in the checkout process.
Will all of my items arrive at the same time?
Yes, all of your items will arrive in the same shipment. Depending on how many items you order, you may receive multiple packages.
Will I receive a tracking number for my order?
Yes, once the order is shipped, we will send an email with the tracking information.
